The second photo is our bluff (I made the photo look older so it could be compared better)
So far, it seems to be a different spot than ours.. pending further research. I was going to leave that out of this blog, but there it is: Just another mystery concerning our cave.

The entrance appears to have been dynamited or else time just naturally dropped all those slab rocks in front of the opening, anyway, the hole is small with the potential to be large (by removing rocks and dirt, it may be a lot larger than what we see.)
The air blows out cold, even on a 100 degree day!

52 degrees!

 That's Scott, hanging out under the bluff. The cave hole is behind him. We go sit in there and hang out on a hot day in the natural air conditioning. There is no cave-y odor, no mustiness.. only fresh cold air.

Round crystals.. cave stuff

If we lay down in the hole we can stick the camera in and 'see' some of what is inside. Because the cave forces out cold air, we know there is a large chamber, maybe just around the corner. This is zoomed in back as far as the camera can reach. We are surprised by sparkly things in the rock. Sparkly  things of all colors!

Anyway, these are pics of what we can see from our limited viewpoint.

Just like looking down someone's throat.
